Plan to depart Cathouse anytime up to 6 pm of the last day of your journey.
FLORIDA KEYS JOURNEYS
Cathouse departures are from a private dock in Marathon FL, in the middle Keys.
You can drive to Marathon from anywhere in the USA.
There are many commercial airline flights into Key West “EYW”, Fort Lauderdale “FFL” or Miami “MIA” daily. One way one day rental cars are generally available to Marathon with multiple nationally known car rental agencies. There is also the Keys Shuttle and Greyhound that provide shuttle/bus rides throughout the Keys and FLL/MIA airports at a very low price. Our Captain and crew can assist you with drop off or pickup of the rental car or meet you at the bus terminal in Marathon.
BAHAMAS JOURNEYS
There are many daily commercial airline flights into both Nassau Lynden Pindling Airport “MYNN” and Georgetown Exuma Airport “MYEF”. Taxi service from the airport to the dock is easy and plentiful at both locations.
Staniel Cay “MYES” is best accessed with a flight on Makers Air Flights to The Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale. There are high speed charter boat taxi services available to Staniel Cay from Nassau. Please consider this is a three hour open air center console type boat ride and the weather may not be cooperating on your arrival day.
All arrivals in the Bahamas will be required to clear in with Bahamian Customs. Customs clearing is generally very fast and simple when you are familiar with and comply with the immigration rules. Please review Arriving – The Bahamas Customs Department for Bahamas Customs rules and process while preparing for your trip, to eliminate arrival complications.
